3. Free access and paid services
A first visit includes free matches and messages, and check-ins can provide more. These are limited benefits, not a promise of unlimited free calling or perpetual access. The product shows the relevant cost before a paid action proceeds.
Additional services or virtual benefits may require an optional top-up. Check the displayed price, balance, and service details before confirming a transaction. Payment processing may be provided by third parties under their own terms.
4. Purchases, cancellations and refunds
Completed purchases of digital benefits or consumed services are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund or an expressly displayed product-specific rule provides one. A pending or failed payment should be reviewed with support before attempting repeated charges.

We may change or interrupt a feature for technical, safety, legal, or operational reasons. Do not bypass access controls, manipulate rewards, or interfere with other users or the service.
7. Safety actions and ending access
We may review reports or suspected misuse and may remove content, limit features, suspend access, or take other appropriate steps when rules are broken or risk to users or the service is identified. The nature of the action depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
You may stop using the service at any time. Outstanding payment, dispute, safety, or legal obligations may continue after access ends.
